The nurses were very polite and made me feel welcome. They were patient and made me relaxed. They had great mannerisms which were natural. They talked me through all the information I needed to know and were quite detailed.
They introduced to the doctor who carried out the procedure. I found him very professional and he made me very relaxed. The whole experience was professional, but very reassuring.
