The care was excellent – professional, caring and friendly. Communication was good between staff and patients.
The whole orthopedic system works well and is efficient and outstanding.
The difficult part was not actually seeing my surgeon after the operation.
Developmental needs for care staff are.
Remembering to always see that the bell is at hard.
As above especially when leaving a point in the toilet.
As above to see towels etc. are at hand (not across the room).
