Most nursing staff and OTs were wonderful. Katie the Physio person was fantastic and so were her team. The doctors too. But the food was not good. It was steamed and therefore raw. THe fish and chips for example the chips were raw. When it was delivered - not by nursing staff, the service was surly. I had a clear notice that said I was allergic to strawberries but they kept bringing strawberry yoghurt. The Gladstone ward people at the Central Middlesex were very kind. The Evelyn Ward nursing assistants at northwick park were rough and not caring and often ignored me. The physio person - girl - who was french was very kind though.
