Excellent ward nurses, especially Natallie and Debbie, who were caring, kind, friendly and thoughtful. Made me feel I was a special individual and not just another patient from another room down the corridor. The theatre staff were very pleasant and professional too. The only complaint is a very minor one - they used too much tape fixing the cannula.
In summary, this was my best visit to ward 16.
