Very professional staff, nothing was too much for them to make my stay relaxing and stress free.

Ensure you have the correct existing prescription as I had to check each day.

All staff were kind and attentive. Took time to listen and act where recovery. The food was amazing and the cleaner did an amazing job, the place is spotless. This helps reduce areas of potential anxiety.
Suggested improvements
More tast areas for private writing available to patients. Most rooms for teaching or therapy so cannot be need by patients considered a hot water machine in music room as the jugs are often luke warm.

Instantly felt that my concerns were listened to and actions made to help. Encouragement to participate. Was able to see sons quickly and often.

A very tidy and clean environment, friendly and polite staff. I did not remain fearful of being here. Going to miss all the people I have met here.

Lovely and very compassion staff, groups very good and excellent amount of 1 to 1 care.
