The patient who wrote the feedback below is unfortunately not being honest and the circumstances described are somewhat misleading. The patient thought it relevant to interfere with the care of another patient - which is clearly not appropriate. The nurse involved quite rightly maintained boundaries and requested the patient not to become involved, not to go into the patient's bedroom and not to seek medication on the patient's behalf. The patient who is being referred to and who needed help at that time was not left alone, but, reassured and supported as per the treatment plan.
"Most have all been amazing! I however did not like one nurses approach, after having a panic attract she left me alone and did not after help, tips and denied giving me me my prescribed medicines".
