Came in exhausted and broken btu staff were always free to chat when the tears were flowing. Night staff always accommodating with warm drinks and lavender occ.

We have a notebook, but a diary for scheduled appointments would help, especially when here for 4 weeks, as it reduces anxiety knowing hen you have your psychiatrist and therapist dates/times.
