[name removed] was lovely. Very friendly and a great listener. I felt she really took on everything I was say. I could say anything to her without being judged. So many thoughts were going round and round in my head & appreciated having someone to talk about it with. Like talking to a friend. We talked thou issues that were on my mind and I now have a clear head as I'm looking at things completely differently and realise things weren't my fault where as up till now I thought everything that's happened I was to blame. Feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders & sleep better as no bad thoughts in my head. Highly recommend the IAPT service. Thankyou x

From start to finish of my time under the IAP service my allocated therapist [name removed] has worked in a way that is person centered, outcome focused yet demonstrated a real ability to actively listen
The service has supported me to identify, understand and use various tools and an opportunity to trial putting them into practice and then reflect and discuss with the therapist which has been hugely effective- relevant handouts and information was shared which were helpful at the time and can be referred back to
The therapist was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable and appeared to have a genuine level of care and compassion.
The service has supported me in overcoming many challenges but also in gaining better insight as to why challenges occur and how to manage
I truly feel very privileged to have received this service and feel very positive about my future and sustaining positive mental health
My therapist has been extremely reliable with all scheduled appointments attended and pubctual for start time

Excellent service I was treated with such respect and understanding and involved in every step of my treatment. I have put things I have learnt in my treatment into my everyday life. I have found a peace within me and started to find myself again I could not rate my treatment higher. It has helped me in so many ways. I felt comfortable and was able to open up and look at things in life completely different.
All the topics covered in part 1 actually fit my character and helps understand it better x
[name removed] is the sweetest person in the world. She’s so kind over the phone and very understanding if appointments needed rearranging for another date or time. She’s an amazing listener and gives the best advice anyone could ever ask for.
She is honestly the best, I can’t say much more than that.
My needs and issues were instantly recognised and well regarded, I was not discriminated against, whereas I was embraced and listened to.
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the group beneficial but are sorry that you felt overwhelmed. We recognise that each session covers a lot of material and are continually evaluating how we balance session content. We'll take your feedback into account. We're also exploring ways in which members can access materials between sessions to enable us to use time more effectively whilst in group.
All answers were given because I received great care and i felt understood & I feel in an all together better place after all the help.
The course was really useful and helped me understand more how my actions can impact my child's behaviour and how effectively I can meet their needs. Was really impressed with how the team led the session and really made sure everyone was regularly understanding each section which meant a couple recaps where necessary. I felt adequate time was spent on all sections to allow time for questions as well as being encouraged to share own personal stories.
Because i feel [name removed] has listend to me with compassion, empathy and helped me to understand my anxiety nad worries. [name removed] has been warm, and non-judgemental on her approach whih helpd me to open up about my anxkiety. I feel now i have the tools, strategies to manage my anxiety and worries.
I find behavioural experiment was most useful becasue it helps me to face my fears. Before my CBT therapy i was anxious about doing the simple task such as going into shops. whereas now i can go shopping and not have teh anxiety that i had before.
