I felt very well supported throughout my care. The team were very responsive and acted quickly, I did not feel that I had long waits between assessments or appointments. Having regular practitioners really helped.

Always felt supported and listened to and involved in decision making about my treatment plan.
progress chart was helpful to see the postive impact the treatment was having.
[name removed] was very understanding and always felt comfortable to open up in sessions.
My heatlh anxiety has improved significantly and I feel I have the tools to manage my health anxiety going forward.

[name removed] was very patient with me. She helped me identify areas to work on together and I felt very supported. I found [name removed] to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our communications were always prompt, emails replied to quickly and scheduling appointments very understanding around other commitments.
Suggested improvements
It would be great if my medication could be reviewed whilst still receiving treatment. I understand that you can't be under 2 services at once and this is seperate again from the gp.
