I felt really listened to, valued and validated. I worked with [name removed] who was patient, empathetic and understanding - she guided me through the therapy at a good pace and helped me understand what I was going through and why. I was really impressed, and would recommend Talking Therapies to others.

I feel like the practitioners take time to go around and make sure everyone is heard and offer support. they validate feelings and offer solutions. I feel like they are really helpful and i get a lot out of the sessions.

Not sure at this stage. the modules are super helpful

[name removed] was absolutely incredible, she changed my life for the better, she made me feel heard, she gave me a safe space for me to cry, laugh, and be my honest self. I am so grateful for the amazing techniques she gave me that I will carry with me for as long as I need, [name removed] has set me up for an amazing future where I can deal with my mental health in healthy ways. [name removed] made me feel confident, inspired and empowered. I am so amazingly grateful to her ❤️

l feel [name removed] has been very thoughtful and non judgemental. She has a clear understanding of the best tools for my difficulty /situation [name removed] has accommodated my busy time table, as working in a school needs flexibility. I felt comfortable during the CBT sessions as [name removed] created a personable and safe environment. It allowed me to be open and honest and to feel as though I was speaking with a real person rather than an automated response person. I feel I’m in a much better place now than when I first started my therapy.

Northampton NHS Talking therapies is too long of a name - I prefer IAPT.

Diagnosis and waiting lists. I was reassesed atleast 3 times and reffered back to my midwife and GP over and over again before Perinatal Mental Health took responsibility and took me on. Despite diagnosis and my personal ircumsances I was simly prescribed antidepresants and sent on my merry way. The process started in May and Perinatal health decided my case was serious enough to be taked on in August after I was admitted into hospital. I was then put on the waiting list. After I was accepted by the perinatal team the service was excellent, I had a team that looked out for me and anticipated my needs. I cannot fault the care I recieved.

I was made to feel comfortable to talk about how I felt and good strategies were put in place to help me but I was not forced to do anything that was way out of my comfort zone yet. It was done at a pace that was right for me which still meant I could make progress. There was good things that were put in place to make me feel comfortable leaving the service and that I can still use now if I have an off day.

Potentially meeting in person more, but this was not a massive issue, just might have helped a bit more.

[name removed] was professional but friendly. She has a kind and friendly nature and always tries to make you feel at ease and comfortable. Her ability to show understanding and sympathy was humbling. It was a pleasure to work with her for a number of weeks. I feel happy that if I ever need to get back in touch she would be there to support me.
