I felt really listened to, valued and validated. I worked with [name removed] who was patient, empathetic and understanding - she guided me through the therapy at a good pace and helped me understand what I was going through and why. I was really impressed, and would recommend Talking Therapies to others.
I feel like the practitioners take time to go around and make sure everyone is heard and offer support. they validate feelings and offer solutions. I feel like they are really helpful and i get a lot out of the sessions.

I am so grateful for the amazing techniques she gave me that I will carry with me for as long as I need, [name removed] has set me up for an amazing future where I can deal with my mental health in healthy ways. I felt comfortable during the CBT sessions as [name removed] created a personable and safe environment. It allowed me to be open and honest and to feel as though I was speaking with a real person rather than an automated response person.

I was made to feel comfortable to talk about how I felt and good strategies were put in place to help me but I was not forced to do anything that was way out of my comfort zone yet. It was done at a pace that was right for me which still meant I could make progress. There was good things that were put in place to make me feel comfortable leaving the service and that I can still use now if I have an off day.
I got really good support and care and the sessions really help me
[name removed] was professional but friendly. She has a kind and friendly nature and always tries to make you feel at ease and comfortable. Her ability to show understanding and sympathy was humbling. It was a pleasure to work with her for a number of weeks. I feel happy that if I ever need to get back in touch she would be there to support me.
[name removed] was pleasant to speak to and wish there were more people like her. she is an asset to your team keep up the good work you do for people that suffer.
