Eva Kotterbova was personally so considerate of my weaknesses and anxieties, and did her best to make me as comfortable as she possibly could, despite the fact we could never meet in person due to Covid-19. I have never had such care and attention to my needs over many, many years of seeking help. Thank-you so much Eva.
