When in crisis, warmth, compassion and regular communication is so important. As the patient's wife I found it very difficult to get an update and some staff appeared disinterested and cold.

Providing actual beds for patients in PCDU. Updating family. Kind, compassionate staff is needed.

I think at times staff tend not to listen or understand my choices/needs. And that they were concerned with procedure rather than he person.
