Awful place, majority of staff really dont care do not interact with family members let alone paients shameful thing is they dont event try to hide it just sit around gossiping!
On more than one occasion when I asked about my relatives care/treatment id get a very flustered response and fobbed off to another member of staff, they really dont keep up with whats supposed to be going on
Its worse than a prison in my opinion paients are treated like 2nd class citizens.
I cannot understand how anyone gets better in there.
there may be a handfull of genuine staff that do a brilliant job however I did not come across any.
