Not a great example of NHS care
Some Drs were good - Dr PATEL - now retired was kind and understanding
But most of the rest treated you like just another number
Reception staff ok
Sad and depressing waiting area
No proper care plan implementation
No rapport with patients mostly
Would hate to ever go back there
