When you are in a bad place and don't know if you are coming or going everyone involved listened, gave me the time needed. Helped with questions I had and went over and beyond what I expected.

Jane, my outreach worker has the right balance of being very supportive, knowledgeable and reassuring. She was a professional approach and is very practical caring up with practical ideas and solutions to patients. I look forward to her visits.

From coming in the very first day, I had complete confidence with all the staff, doctors nurse colleges, catering needs and bodily care of the with so much kindness!!!

Jackie is very friendly approachable and professional. She has a calming nature and empathised with me during my many sessions with her she listened while I worked through situations and helped me to find answers through careful guidance. Having her to confidence in and open up to without burdeing family or friends was extremely helpful and beneficial as I worked through my grief!
