the hospital is spotless and clean the staff are great. however be prepared that there are a lot of middle east patients with their families in tow that do not behave like they are in a hospital - so shouting and noise is an issue. The windows do not open but a tiny gap so if your stuck in a room here for days like I am there is not really any fresh air. The food is ok - but generally aimed at middle east clients. Bring your own pillow as the pillows hair are not high quality and stick to skin. The buzzer on the ward is so loud and is ringing all day long and is very annoying as there is no sound proofing on the doors so you can hear everyone in the hallway as well. The medical care is very good. I have stayed at other private hospitals in London and would most likely not choose this one again.
