I received brilliant care during my short stay at Bupa Cromwell. I could not fault any of the staff but it was the nursing staff who had the greatest impact on me as they were so caring & professional. It really makes all the difference at a difficult time when your health is not at it’s best to be looked after so well. I feel it made a big impact on me mentally & emotionally which helped me also recover physically. I had a bad experience at another hospital only a few weeks before so I really appreciated my experience at Bupa Cromwell even more.
