I was an inpatient for a bilateral risk reducing breast reduction. I felt very safe at Broomfield, all the staff, from clinicians and nurses to the lovely lady bringing food and hot drinks were lovely. The ward was clean and airy, the food was delicious (I got to pick my lunch from a menu and it didn't disappoint). I was there for one night, and needed help a few times with toileting and pain management and the nurses came almost immediately when I rang the buzzer. I was a day patient six months ago have a lesion and skin graft on my nose and the staff were fab then as well. The care I have received on both occasions has been outstanding and I am very grateful. #Stock Ward #Mayflower ward

Anaesthesiologist and day surgery unit nurses couldn't do enough for me! Was made hot chocolate and toast straight after surgery and Julian my anaesthetist actually made me excited to be out to sleep not nervous!

I am delighted to share my experience with Mr. Pranai Buddhdev, aka The Kids Bone Doctor, who provided exceptional care for my son when he broke his fibula, fractured his tibia and required wires to secure his growth plate. From the moment we walked into the clinic, Mr. Buddhdev's professionalism and expertise were evident. He immediately put us at ease with his friendly and confident demeanor and candor. He took the time to thoroughly explain the xrays, treatment options and what to expect during the recovery process, ensuring that we felt informed and supported every step of the way. Throughout my son's treatment journey, Mr. Buddhdev demonstrated genuine care and dedication. He answered all of our questions succinctly and addressed any concerns we had, ensuring we felt supported and confident in the treatment plan. His compassionate approach not only reassured my son but also helped alleviate the stress and anxiety that often accompany such situations. Thanks to Mr. Buddhdev's expertise and dedication, my son's recovery has been smooth, successful and timely. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care he provided and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Breast care unit has outstanding medical team very compassionate nursing team. Highly skilled radiologists and radiographers. All staff including receptionists are polite, kind & considerate to patients & families. I would also like to mention the MRI team & nuclear medicine team both outstanding care. The day general surgery team were also outstanding so kind and respectful

This is the best hospital I have attended. All the staff are absolutely brilliant, they put you at your ease and try to make attending appointments as pleasurable as possible.

Broomfield is a lovely hospital with great staff. Only issue currently is parking as there is reduced places due to building work. Leave extra time to get there and park.
