Today 20th October 2020 - I had 'Day Surgery' in Ward B448 for a Prostrate Biopsy with a general anesthetic - ALL the Staff were extremely FRIENDLY & Very Professional - Including the Receptionist, Nurses, Anesthetists, Surgeons & Cleaning Staff. Even smiled at some of my 'jokes' which I'm sure they have heard a million times before. In surgery, after a few 'breathes' of the oxygen mask I was out light a light & woke up in the recovery room with someone looking after me. The Tea & Toast (& marmalade) were 1st Class - Breakfast in bed !! Followed later by a second cup of tea and two biscuits (I needed to supply another urine sample !!) I can not praise the NHS staff of Ward B448 highly enough (I hope they get to see this review.)
All the Very Best & Thank You for looking after me today (Next Time I will bring a Large Chocolate Cake !!)
