When my sister-in-law was admitted due to a broken ankle and dislocated shoulder she had terrible trouble. First, they left her so long after she asked them for help to go to the toilet she wet herself. Then they left her for hours until they cleaned her up. Another day they left her on the toilet and a cleaner had to help her back to bed. Her partner who is a fragile 75 year-old man, on his first visit, was given a flimsy gown to go home in. On his second visit, after an operation, was told to get a taxi home and expected to pay for it after he got a letter saying they were keeping him overnight. They couldn't even take my daughters blood correctly.

I had two operations for colon cancer in the space of 4 months during the pandemic, I was really surprised at how well I was looked after given the strains on the hospital at the time. Thanks very much to all the staff that worked so hard.

All Broomfield staff were amaizing and so helpfully, from Dr Paul Fiadjoe team to the Gyno Wards I was, they absolutely amaizing. Dr Fiadjoe is such an amazing, caring and listener Gyno I have never seen before. I have waited this surgey for good 17 year's. Most Gyno were either worry to go ahead or was just rude and so on. Once at London Royal Hospital (BARTS) One Gynecology told me "lose weight your too fat and obese! and carry on to say even if you came to my private hospital I will never do that surgey for you! I walked outside and keep looking all other people and keep comparing with my weight with others for so so long it was in my head. I was around 86 kg and 5'7 height, and easily he called me obese. When I walked in Dr Fiadjoe office I was thinking he might gonna say same thing that he can't do it but he examing me and said "I'll do it this for you! I thou maybe he just said and nothing will happens anyway but he actual keeps his words and he did absolutely a fantastic job. Thank you to Broomfield and Dr Fiadjoe for accepting me for this surgey, it might take long but finally it did happen. thank you

Lovely, welcoming hospital. Had to see several members of staff (bloods, x Ray, dr). All were simply wonderful. Cant recommend this hospital enough!

You could not fault The Hospital Or The Staff.. Right From The Time I stepped Through the door, I felt safe and welcomed... Right from the Security Guard at the Entrance to the nurses on the ward, to the ladies and gentlemen who served us with tea and coffee.. Nothing was to much trouble, they all had a smile and it was spotlessly Clean.. And as they say "Laughter Is The Best Medicine" So Thank You All At Broomfield..

I recently had a routine mammogram screening at the hospital and every member of staff I saw then was polite and helpful. I received a call back letter a week later and within four days had an appointment for an ultrasound and biopsy. Throughout that appointment I had contact with four members of staff who could not have been more supportive, helpful and reassuring - explaining what the procedures were and answering my questions. Their calm, informed and friendly approach was immensely reassuring and I thank them all.

Awfull hospital no care and dignity no communication my mother was on the wrong medical team was taken down for 3 scans they had the wrong patient hand infected due to cannula being put in wrong she was covered in urine this hospital needs shutting down it’s not fit for purpose please don’t put your loved ones in here they would be better taking there chances
