I have been admitted twice as an emergency in the last three months. At these times I was stressed, scared and upset. The staff (without exception) have been professional, caring and absolutely brilliant. The level of skill shown by all the medical staff is impressive. Last week a consultant worked for nearly 3 hours to save my sight due to high pressure in the early hours of the morning. All staff when I have been in clinics, booking in, stopping on a ward and having breakfast or having the ward cleaned - all have been professional, friendly and caring. I would always recommend the Bristol Eye Hospital.

I was only a day case patient, but I was treated very well, and with great kindness.
