The entire staff at A&E and in the ENT department under very difficult circumstances because of strike action they were so very understaffed my heart went out to you all. But every single person without exception were professional, kind and my treatment has been exceptional. Special thanks to Abby the ENT doctor she made my procedure bearable and now I am all set to go home later today. The entire staff on ward 18 from the cleaning staff right through to the nurses , doctors and consultants you have all been amazing and I will be eternally grateful. Not everyone appreciates the hard work you do, but I do. I witnessed others that should have shown more gratitude during my wait to be assessed that's for sure a little patience goes a long way.
