Everything was good about my care. I am literally treated like a king. I cannot get over it, its just fantastic.
The nurses the cleaners right up to the consultants - faultless and amazing absolutely nothing as I see it could be improved upon.

Everything was good about my care.
There was no way it could be improved. It was perfect. The food was quite unbelievable.
Delicious, well chosen, well cooked and a perfect portion size for people doing no exercise. My doctor, Dr. Laura Edwards came to visit me. We have become close friends during the years of my illness and her very presence made me feel safe. Dr. Sajan, a new doctor to me charmed me with his lovely smiling company. A perfect stay.

The doctors were very caring and took time to explain my treatment, there was no rushing, they took plenty of time listening to my questions and gave me assurances.
The nursing staff were very thoughtful and caring, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Very professional.
I was made to feel comfortable at this difficult time.
The volunteers and other staff were marvelous.

On arrival at the hospice I was feeling anxious, as soon as I met the nurse I felt more at ease.
The care I have received from everyone doctors nurses, housekeepers, catering staff, maintenance staff, porters add min staff, volunteers has been on a nice holiday with a calmer pain free body.
I have felt the doctors and nurses have talked and listened to me and worked together to supportive.
The nurses are organized and conscientious so much so I was relaxed and trusted them I had heard good things about this hospice, now I know its really the best place to be cared for. Truly it is. Thank you so so much.

Due to this being my first time here. I could not ask for better care. All my care has been second to none.
You have treated my family with the same dignity and this I am grateful for.
I cannot see any improvements needed. Extreme thank you to all the staff and volunteers.

There is not a thing that can be improved on regarding the care received in day care or as an in patient which I have been both. The staff are marvelous on both sides. There is not I wrong word can be said about any of them.
Volunteers included.
