Things can always be improved with more staff.
The nursing staff, housekeepers, volunteers all work extremely hard under immense pressure.

I feel I have been neglected because of covid. I had put a post it note on my door asking to make sure I was not forgotten and to awful. But Jan got the kitchen to make me something else which was lovely. I just feel staff need to be aware how isolating it is Jan has been lovely with me.

All the care I was given was 100% of what you would expect from the staff and volunteers was second to none. I could not have been treated ay better than I was. Thank you very very much. I will be forever grateful to you all.

It could not be improved (just need more of it!) Both Lisa ad Varsha are very skilled, professional, persons entered practitioners both after a unique bespoke to the individual service which is full of compassion, caring, kindness and an ability to soothe whatsoever is troubling people A1 service.

Treated by lovely staff with respect and care. As a carer for my husband, I felt lonely and frightened but the compassion and help I received from Lisa and Lisa helped me immensely (in the hub) Excellent!
