We come to this hospital as an NHS patient. My son has a the form HC2 due to his current health and financial situation. This enables the patient to help with costs towards there travel to the hospital. We have to travel 70 miles and the cost is £53. The hospital run the NHS clinics but refuse to abide by the rules of the HC2 meaning we can not get help with the travel costs. When asking why the Execs PA came down and just repeatedly said "we do not pay travel costs". No explanation given at all. Appalling treatment.
