I had a foot surgery in winter 2020, spent a night in the hospital and later had a number of follow up appointments, the final X-Ray was done yesterday. Absolutely everyone involved was highly professional in all aspects. I'm sincerely grateful to everyone I came into contact with: doctor Suresh Chandrashekar, anesthetist, physiotherapist Roman, radiologists, the night team who took care of me right after the surgery, the nurses who gently and skillfully performed dressing changes afterwards and always ready-to-help receptionists. The quality of service I received and the helpful attitude of all the staff exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed by the organisation, the hygiene, the treatment and the communication. I hated hospitals but would not mind extending my stay in BMI London Independent for couple extra nights. I mean it. The most comfortable bed in the world, calm and quietness, care and attention, privacy and space. I would again like to thank you all and say you are a wonderful international team.
