Goring Hall Hospital was excellent in every way. Staff, procedure for operation Nurses, special mention for Ashley, Theatre Technician, who wentmout of his way to put me at my ease. Food in Goring Hall was as goo as first class restaurant. Wanted to book in for another week, but obviously was not allowed.
Twice we called to arrange private x-rays. Twice no answer, twice no call back. Poor service, I can only recommend trying the Montefiore they answer and give an excellent service. Shame on BMI obviously they do not need patients
Superb. All the staff were excellent. 10/10. Care was top class from surgeon and all the ancillary staff. special mention for the nurse that I spent most time with, Wendy. A star. Can't rate my stay highly enough. Many, many thanks to everyone.
Although it took four attempts to get my surgery, on the fourth I was successful and really pleased with my treatment and care. Had a really pleasant stay even under the circumstances of having a knee replacement. The staff were really kind and attentive.
Arriving to the hospital on two occasions, booked into the room, only for the operations to be cancelled. Third time lucky, and it was lucky. Excellent in all aspects. It was like being in mini hotel. The food was as good as a good restaurant. I tried to book in for another week, but obviously wasn’t allowed. Thank U everyone for making my time in Goring Hall Hospital so comfortable.
This is my third visit, the first two were excellent this last visit due to I'm told a (change of policy) meant that where as in the past my husband has been allowed to stay with me,he now could not. This time he was told very abruptly you cant wait here when he said where does he go he was sent to the imaging waiting room not even given time to say goodbye. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. He had no idea of where or how i as getting on or what time i would be back. The saving grace were the two ladies working in the imaging reception who made him a drink and found out where and how i was. It is a real shame that this policy change has turned an at best difficult day into a traumatic one for both myself and my husband. The surgeon, theatre staff and imaging receptionist's were excellent in every aspect and credit to the trust. I feel this new policy however needs an urgent review with a view to bringing back the former friendly caring environment. Please feel free to contact me if you require any further information.
