After care nurse: Being diabetic and not eaten for 12 hours I was asked if I would like something to eat and said yes but sadly this did not happen. Therefore, left hospital on an empty stomach!

I am a patient for the Infections Clinic, every 3-5 weeks. The nurses/Drs could not do a better job then what they are already doing. They are so personal, always asking about my welfare, treating me with so much respect and dignity. I couldn't thank this service enough :)

All staff who dealt with me did so with the utmost compassion and care, they were superb

Ward 26 Outpatients staff are helpful, courteous and respectful. Clinic appointments generally run to time.

Cystic Fibrosis Clinic is a friendly comfortable place to be as far as any hospital outpatients can be. All the staff are cheerful and friendly. They are alwayd helpful and caring. I have visited lots of other clinics and hospitals with family and friends and consider myself to be lucky to be at the CF unit at Heartlands
