Staff are very friendly and reassuring. I don't thin faith or religion has been talked about but then I don't know if it needs to be.

Disappointed about not have the same nurses treat me especially after I had even asked for it!

Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate your time and we use the information gathered for ongoing service developments. We understand your comment about having the same nurse, HCA, unfortunately in the busy environment it is not always possible, we do endeavour to train staff to the same standard for a consistent approach and treatment plan prescribed.
