Mostly good. I struggle to hear staff who try to speak to me while I have earplugs in and a loud magent on my head.
Suggested improvements
And actually I have been harassed by patients from Berrywood hospital, both in the cafe and outside the building. Nobody interested at any point and it makes me feel unsafe.
