Good-staff truly care, make time for you, and know your individual needs.
Could be improvement-ward rounds are very ad hoc. Also, sometimes you're not seen every week.

Positive feedback in relation to staff communication and support - this will be fed back to Staff. Indicates that care provided is individualised and that Staff actively offer time for each individual. Ward Rounds - Ward Matron to discuss MDT arrangements with the Team and explore positive changes to the current structure. Spirtual & Cultural needs scored 3* - Look in to how we can support patients further with this whilst they are an inpatient.
