Share review of Benenden hospital

My treatment at the Hospital was overall very good. However there didn't seem to be enough night nurses on duty and I had to wait (in a great deal of pain for a very long time before anyone answered my bell. Then I was told the nurse was busy with another patient and I would have to wait even longer, I think it was about an hour before I got any analgesia. I though as I was paying for this service there would at least be enough staff on duty to deal with necessary pain control. The nurses doctors and all other staff were friendly and helpful.
