Felt completely at ease during the surgery Sue kept my mind off what was going on and Mr Reilly kept me up to date whilst operating.
After care was fantastic Ganesh was very helpful.
No improvements required everything was fantastic. Thank you.

Excellent care getting boots which enable me to walk. i cannot buy footwear that fits - even from a specialist provider - the podiatrist in the Dept. enables me to keep walking - and ensures boots/shoes are correctly made and fitted - something the manufacturer wasn't able to do.

The only improvement in my opinion would be better pain killers! And Control of pain maybe 24 hour hospital stay would help.

All care from Balhe House was fine.
Location is a nightmare. Getting from parking to Balhe House on crutches was a fear.
