The appointment was very easy to make. I was seen exactly on time.
I didn't feel rushed or made to feel bad about asking questions - in fact I was encouraged to.
I felt very confident about the advice I was given.
I think for appointments that do not need the practitioner to examine you virtual appointments are much more convenient and I hope they are continued post-Covid.
The question about cleanliness was not applicable as it was a virtual appointment (unless you wish to know how clean my house is!) but didn't let me complete the questionairre until I'd answered it.
