Since Woo flu (covid) have been to the eye clinic once for me and twice with my elderly mother. I have to say the people, care and all the rest are very good as before woo flu, however, the organisation has improved tremendously to a level I would call slick without the sacrifice of care and safety. Yesterday my mum was treated by a lady consultant I did get her name but she did say she was from Iraq. She felt with my mum who is ninety four with patience compassion and kind care I was such a pleasure to be there and observe. So, a big thank you to you all for all that you do under difficult circumstances. Best regards Clive Harris
