I called up last week as I hadn’t heard back about a physio referral following a consultation in October 2020. I have had an excellent response from all the staff dealing with my request with apologies too for the delay.
I now have an appointment for next week and couldn’t have asked for better service so please convey thanks to those that helped me if possible.
