The only change would be that it should be made clear before hand that necklaces and bras need to be removed.
The instructions related to breathing should be explained prior to the scan. 'Breath in' as used is self explanatory, but 'Breath' on its own does not indicate that it relates to 'continue breathing normally', or 'breathe out'.
