I was treated with respect and care and as I needed to wait for my transport and needed something to eat and drink. This is because I had to fast 2 hours before my appointment I was given a cup of tea with my biscuit.
The Staff were helpful and kindness.

Suggested improvements
This is not a complaint, only because I was brought in by transport the instruction of how to enter the Hospital seemed a bit adhoc, as I walked from the main entrance to Outpatient's. Then I was sent to the middle door to CT X-ray dept. and then had to go back to Main entrance where I started off and because I wasn't feeling too great this was very stressful. Maybe signposting could have helped.
