I had not yet been notified when my operation would take place and was offered a cancellation on a Friday for the operation to take place on the next Monday. I was extremely impressed with the way that the ward dealt with finding someone for the bed and gratefully accepted. Although I did not know the consultant that operated I am happy with the result I find it difficult to suggest any improvement as this service has been the best experience I have had with the NHS 4 months from complaining to my GP about quality of live and pain levels to completion of operation I think is super impressive
