I logged on (via Safari) at 13:24 on 3rd January 2021 for my scheduled Zoom appointment at 13:30; however, nobody from the clinic logged on to take my call during this time (despite a refresh to check my connection) so I logged out at 14:30, as I had arranged to go walking with a friend and assumed the call would be finished by then. Happy for the clinic to rearrange another appointment but most disappointed overall at the lack of service and care ☹️.
