Satisfaction:
Reasonable waiting time , very good communication, very efficient. Overall I received excellent service.

Improvement:
I visited the urgent treatment centre . I felt the reception area could have a bit more privacy. Considering these days of masks and staff behind screens I witnessed it was a bit hard to hear clearly so people ended up talking loud and you could hear the conversation from the waiting room .
