Most of the time the care was very good.
Tended to get better care from slightly older staff. Tom (green uniform) was absolutely fantastic. Very calm and controlled in most situation. Sue the physio, very good, very good at explaining everything. The pharmacist was miserable, did not even say hello.
Generally speaking quite happy but room for improvement. General cleanliness was quite poor for a hospital.
This form is quite confusing to fill in.
