Wonderful staff, very clean place. I arrived all nervous etc and was quickly assured that I will be ok. I'm deaf and it was really difficult to catch what people r saying due to clear visors as light shines on them and you cannot see properly what they r saying so some I didn't even take in what was said. I'm really thankful to all staff on this day I had day surgery. So many thanks for the NHS.
I was initially unsure as to how online physiotherapy was going to work but I've found it to be accessible and very good. My wrist is so much better now for having down the 6 physio sessions.
Thank you.
Felt at ease with phone call.

Staff were very caring.
It was perfect. The system was very easy to use and Sarah was very professional, kind and caring. As promised she also sent me exercises via e-mail. Is also sending me a sling for my fingers.
I was very impressed with the service. Thank you. David Weaver.
As a family we have lived about 10 minutes from the hospital for about 32 years. Over that time we have visited it many times for many conditions, including mental health, heart trouble, hearing loss, meningitis, prostate and bladder problems, gynacolgical conditions,, skin complaints, injuries, utility and our son ,who is now a doctor at St Peter's, was born at Ashford. We have always been received warmly and been given sound advice . We have been cured of most of what we have suffered and the personal care from all staff has been of a very high standard .The hospital has kept up with medical progress and the only shortfalls were beyond the hospitals control and those were caused by lack of funding from the country.'s government .
A very helpful session over the phone. A pleasant lady
I went to Ashford hospital recently for day surgery. Fantastic service from staff to finish. Couldn't fault the nurses looking after me on the way to surgery and in the recovery room. All very sweet, friendly and helpful - first care service!
I must start off by stating I have never normally had a bad experience at ashford hospital but this was by far the worst all due to a certain doctor! Dr Coebergh. She was rude, made me cry and had no time for me. She left the appointment mid way to say hello to someone and came back after 10 minutes just after she made me cry. There was no compassion or help from her at all. I left feeling no better than when I went in. She said my migraines were due to the medication the NHS had put me on...I said you put me on them and she said I didn’t. I’ve been suffering with migraines for 8 years now and not one doctor has been as rude as she was. I will not be going back to her again.
I had an appointment at the pre-op assessment clinic this afternoon.
As usual it was very efficiently run, well organised and with lovely staff who treated me well.
I was seen immediately on arrival and was transferred seamlessly between different staff members for different tests etc..
Having completed the online form I was only there 30 minutes.
I was very happy with everything as usual. Thank you to everyone concerned.
