i couldn't have wished for better care and attention. i have absolutely nothing to complain about. lovely caring Staff all the way round.

I had very good all round experience during my stay in Ashford Hospital. The nurse’s, care staff, doctors and catering staff looked after me very well. I enjoyed the food. The hospital was clean. I am partially deaf and was worried about not being able to communicate properly given the current situation with masks and Covid, but all the health care staff helped me with this and it was not a problem.

Nathaniel delivered an excellent service. He patiently explained many factors and instilled confidence with a practical approach. He wasn’t rushed and took time to test and check my physical condition. Top class guy!

I was looked after very well and in a professional manner. There were only two patients on the ward so we both had a lot of attention.

Wonderful staff, very clean place. I arrived all nervous etc and was quickly assured that I will be ok. I'm deaf and it was really difficult to catch what people r saying due to clear visors as light shines on them and you cannot see properly what they r saying so some I didn't even take in what was said. I'm really thankful to all staff on this day I had day surgery. So many thanks for the NHS.

I was initially unsure as to how online physiotherapy was going to work but I've found it to be accessible and very good. My wrist is so much better now for having down the 6 physio sessions. Thank you.
