Appointment was on time at a location of my choice. Not happy that the original appointment was made without my input.
My feeling is that we should be offered the service and left to contact the provider if we wish to make an appointment. I do recognise many people won't though. Thank you.

Prompt, efficient service/attention by very pleasant and equally efficient staff.A thoughtful detail was to use the Chertsey premises of the River Bourne Club which, amongst other things, minimized the impact of parking fees which would have been greater at St Peters or Ashford.
