My appointment with Hugo was so helpful. I felt he really listened to me and made positive suggestions and comments, as well as giving me links to classes and useful resources. I have long covid and often feel invisible but left my appt feeling positive and hopeful for the first time in a very long time
I cannot fault any part of my treatment and stay at Ashford Hospital. The staff from nurses, physiotherapists to the consultant and his team acted professionally as well as caring and the food was well prepared and served.
I am very impressed with Mr Hugo Dreux, as he is both friendly and very professional. He discusses my exercises and demonstrates what I need to do and asks if I am happy with the suggested schedule.
I have received a range of treatment at Ashford and St Peter's Foundation Trust for many medical problems and the service I have received has always be professional and efficient. The majority of staff are helpful and friendly and always willing to provide help. I have found that one department is slow at responding with test results and doing follow ups, which is the Gastroenterology department. I had to wait 10 months for a telephone consultation to give me my results and the results I was given was for an earlier procedure. My wife is waiting for a serious operation but she also has had problems with getting results. Unless one keeps telephoning the department nothing is forthcoming. However my treatment by all other departments have been fantastic. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and the doctor's and nurses are quick at responding and provide a treatment plan to help reduce pain and inflammation.
The care I received at Ashford Hospital was second to none, the Staff and Doctors were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble
I had an appointment for a liver ultrasound and have tried to leave this feed back on there official site but they keep refusing it saying I mentioned a name so I changed it then they refused saying not enough content, so I have decided to put it here so they can't stop it, I was praising them so I don't understand their problem is, so here it is.
I was nervous as had an appointment 7.30 changed on day to 7 pm got there at 7.00 pm
empty great for me showed me into room and scanning person told me to lift up my top get on bed nurse put paper towel on my tummy and scanner put gel on my tummy he went up and down couple times and near my side, then said you can go, got up looked at my phone said 7.05, brilliant no waiting in and out go NHS

In September 2022 i had a fast-track hip replacement.
I could not fault the hospital or the care at all.
Would recommend.
Fantastic caring service when I took Mum in to the Walk In Centre today after a fall. Both the receptionist and doctor were super caring and thorough. Thank you NHS
Good to have clear instruction and knowledge on what will work to resolve my issue was what i was after so i can help myself correctly rather then injure myself further
Nat provided the clear instructions and have applied exercises and see improvement already so very very happy
