Hugo was very pleasant and caring person, he made me feel very much at ease through out the complete appointment. This included both the pre examination review and the physical detailed examination.
Hugo made several suggestion which hopefully will improve my condition and help my progress.

The care was brilliant.
The nurses were so kind and helpful in everyway. Nothing appeared too much trouble for them.
The aneasthetist explained everything to me and was very kind.
Everything was superb except the food which I could not eat. I kept vomiting and could not eat when I came home as I could still smell it.
The clinic needs to be cleaner, with use of gloves before engaging in examination and exercises. Direct and better coordination with orthopaedics is highly needed.
I was extremely pleased with my treatment with my physiotherapist he was kind caring and helpful
I had a long appointment with 2 physiotherapists and I felt listened to and at no point did I feel rushed. They have given me goals to achieve over time and I will enrol on a recommended exercise and information plan in the near future.
Was treated with complete care very informative in her instructions and felt completely at ease lovely young lady
I have attended Ashford Physiotherapy Dept since the early 1990's and there really isn't much you could do as far as improvements are concerned. Moving the reception desk was a good idea there seems a lot more room now.
Hugo is lovely and has taken care to explain all the exercises I need to be doing. The ones he suggested at my last appointment have made a real improvment.
If I didn't have chronic arthritis I would write a lot more!
Keep up the good work.
I recently had a hip replacement. I was admitted to Dickens Ward. All the staff were absolutely amazing and I was very well looked after. Thank you. The physio that saw me after my op was also excellent. I can’t really fault the staff at all. I do feel however that I could have been sent home earlier. The physio was totally happy with me on the Friday morning the morning after my late afternoon surgery of the previous day, but I was only sent home on Saturday afternoon. A catheter was inserted for the op on the Thursday which I completely understand, but I do wish that it could have been removed earlier as I find it very uncomfortable ( It was removed sometime on Saturday ) Also due to prostate problems that I have I find that once the catheter has been removed it affects my ability to control my urine flow which I find embarrassing. The longer it remains in the more it seems to affect me and the longer it takes for things to return to normal. However having said that let me once more say that the staff in Dickens Ward were amazing as wel as everyone involved in my op. Thank you.
The tests I was sent for by my GP were carried out efficiently and quickly in a clean and friendly environment
I couldn't fault the service
The technician who saw me was running more than 10-15 mins late but gave no apology. She did not use my name or hardly look at me, so I felt anonymous and disrespected. I tried to ask what an ECG test is and what it looks for, but she gave me an impatient very short answer and told me to look it up on the Internet. I was not aware of doing anything to upset the Technician, but she seemed tired and disinterested. She just gave me an envelope to hand to my GP, without any explanation.
