Quick attention when necessary. All procedures explained well.
Good cheeful care but communication could be improved.
Firstly, I should acknowledge the clean, modern wards and building were an encouraging start to my first hospital admission.
At a time of apprehension, this continued with smiling welcomes from Sue Cheeseman and others at the reception desk.
Sue's team (inc. Linda, Anna, Janu, Alfie, Charley, Michelle, Rhanya, Laura, Maggie, Janie, Brenda and the cleaners & caterers) and the Recovery Team went on to make mine an excellent and actually, enjoyable experience(!) through their professional presentation and importantly, generous and compassionate care.
Their cohesiveness and mutual support as a team, were very obvious and evident.
Well done, NHS and Thank You.
Pl. ensure my appreciation is conveyed and their teamwork aptly acknowledged.
(I will also, say there was one notable exception on the nightshift to the above.)
Very happy with everything.

The level of care, attention and warmth of all the staff was amazing and they went out of their was to ensure I felt so well looked after even though they were so busy.
