All the staff working in the hospital were kind, polite and very helpful. When asked where to go they would volunteer to take you, but their directions were perfect so it wasn’t necessary. A very friendly and clean hospital.

The care from Gina was exceptional - even took the time to explain how to strap my ankle twice and was very thorough in explaining ALL the exercises.

Having been in St. Peters Hospital recently I was referred to Ashford Hospital The Hub. The care I have received has been excellent by all the staff. My special thanks to Dr. Rahmat who has seen me in person and has telephoned me to keep me informed after her request to have blood tests carried. She is actively perusing to try and establish why I have been feeling so unwell in the past few months. I could not praise Dr. Rahmat enough and what a wonderful idea to try and give care to the older people endeavouring to try and keep us out of hospital where we do not want to be. My many thanks again.

I had an amazingly good experience at Ashford OPD. A lovely volunteer checked me in at the screen to save me doing it, the toilets were so clean, the waiting room was bright, clean, plenty of space, lovely chairs, cold water available, and a beautiful large picture of green trees with an enticing path going through. I've been largely housebound for many months and it was such a joy to sit in front of this picture! All the nurses, radiologist and other staff were so friendly and smiling, they treated me as an individual and engaged with me. There were no long waits, and when I saw Mr Harb, the Trauma and Orthopaedic consultant he couldn't have been more kind and caring. He organised an operation at St Peter's with a colleague of his for 3 days' time as he was going away for 3 weeks and felt it was in my best interests to have it done asap. Two hours after leaving I had a phone call from St Peter's booking me in. I am so pleased, so relieved, so grateful and can only commend Ashford OPD for its service, cleanliness, attitudes and care. Thank you so much!

Hugo was very pleasant and caring person, he made me feel very much at ease through out the complete appointment. This included both the pre examination review and the physical detailed examination. Hugo made several suggestion which hopefully will improve my condition and help my progress. Maria Lockwood

The care was brilliant. The nurses were so kind and helpful in everyway. Nothing appeared too much trouble for them. The aneasthetist explained everything to me and was very kind. Everything was superb except the food which I could not eat. I kept vomiting and could not eat when I came home as I could still smell it.

The clinic needs to be cleaner, with use of gloves before engaging in examination and exercises. Direct and better coordination with orthopaedics is highly needed.
