Thank you for the physiotherapy appointments following my hip replacement. As a young active person I've found the sessions with Daniel Martins helpful and personalised to my needs. I'm making good progress with the excerises and have found the descriptions and ability to log done and difficulty useful on the videotec site. Thank you

The site is nice and quiet so very relaxing when you arrive! The staff are what makes the place lovely and quite enjoyable, they are so knowledgable, caring kind, sensitive to individuals needs and can be funny too! The pick who work here were clearly hand picked for this sensitive role.

It was very relaxing having a video consultation and the therapist was very approachable. I received a quick appointment and I am looking forward to trying the therapies suggested. My only query is about the video for trigger finger - it appeared to show the tape on the top of the finger on top of the first joint whereas the finger clicking in my case goes on in the second joint down next to the rest of my hand. Presumably the tape should go further down in that case?

Although I had received a letter informing me that there would be a delay in being seen by the OT department, the telephone consultation was timely and conducted extremely professionally. Neha was very helpful and supportive and I shall complete the exercises and look forward to our planned video consultation.

This was a telephone appointment. (Very difficult to answer a couple of the questions) Thought it was great, explanation and instructions were clear. Physio, Stacia Murray, was a great help.

Expected my app to last maybe 10 minutes and it was much longer and very informative . I have always felt that physio could not help me with my problems but am if a different opinion now. I will do the exercises given to me and look forward to my condition improving. Thankyou
